Shipping & Piracy
ShippingFor New Zealand customers there's a flat rate of $6.00 nationwide, or $9.00 if you're rural delivery for a Courier. If you spend over $50.00 though it's free! For international customers the shipping will vary, so please contact us with your requirements and we'll quote you first.
Piracy
We take great pride in the quality and individuality of our designs, and anyone found to be unlawfully using, distributing, reselling or otherwise promoting any of our designs as their own will be prosecuted. All images of products displayed on this website are copyrighted and trademarked by Eidou, and any reproduction without express permission from Eidou is prohibited.
All digital files offered for sale or for free at www.eidou.com are copyright as indicated in the text file included with the products and are for personal use only unless permission from Eidou is granted - please read the terms of use included on download. Products and/or designs and/or design elements may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way without permission from Eidou. No commercial use is permitted without permission from Eidou (this includes making products for sale that utilise our products). Contact us at info@eidou.com for distribution or commercial use information. Products and/or designs and/or design elements may not be used for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law. If you post images of your completed projects using our designs online or submit to magazines using any of these images, please include the product title and www.eidou.com in the credits. Please respect the terms of use of any site on which you post. Feel free to lightly modify any images (size, color, etc.) as it suits your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Eidou be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed on our website. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Eidou, myself or agents shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Eidou or agents incur.
